Cry Baby Coffee Catering began with a deep love (and addiction) for good coffee, good company, and creative expression. We are a veteran-owned, woman-owned business native to the Treasure Valley.
Our setup is clean, professional, and efficient, allowing us to provide the thoughtful and consistent service - no matter where we are or who we are serving. Every event is different, so we approach each one with creativity and flexibility. We can blend seamlessly into professional settings, adapt to your branding, or show up with a little personality of our own.
Behind the cart is a commitment to quality ingredients, thoughtful preparation, and drinks everyone can enjoy. Wherever we set up, we maintain the same goal: to serve exceptionally and create moments that linger long after the last cup is served.

Hello, I am Alaura Beaux! Follower of Christ, Idaho native, single mom, Navy veteran, and the one-woman show behind Cry Baby Coffee Catering.
Coffee has been part of my story for a long time. I’ve served it in drive-thru stands, aboard military aircraft, and now from my beautiful cart. But Cry Baby Coffee Catering didn’t just come from a love of coffee, it came from a love of people, celebration, and connection.
After leaving the military and stepping into motherhood, I found myself craving community and creativity. I missed the joy of serving others and the energy of shared moments, all things I grew up watching my mom pour into her work. My dad, a builder, taught me how to work with my hands, solve problems, and care about the details. This business is really a reflection of all that: a little grit, a little heart, and a whole lot of love.
Cry Baby Coffee lets me show up for my family while showing up for yours. It’s my way of turning ordinary coffee service into something warm, thoughtful, and beautifully custom.
